The NSSC Board is eager to welcome everyone back to the pool this season for another safe and memorable summer. Based on member feedback and ongoing developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be implementing the following policies for the 2021 season: 

• No SignUp Genius registration required  

  • We will continue to monitor pool attendance and capacity limits but are confident that numbers will remain within the threshold set by the Department of Public Health (DPH)

  • The pool will be cleared periodically to allow for additional cleaning, but members may remain on the pool deck or grounds. 

• Pool chairs will be available for member use 

  • To allow for adequate spacing, 50 - 60% of chairs will be available. 

  • A cleaning system will be in place to designate used vs. clean chairs. 

  • Members are still welcome to bring their own chairs.

• Mask use will be consistent with CDC guidelines 

  • Policies will be updated per local and federal guidelines as needed.

• Cashless payments preferred throughout the summer 

  • To improve security and cleanliness, we would prefer members to use cashless payments during the summer months as much as possible. 

  • Procedures for using Venmo, PayPal, etc. and our prepaid snack shack cards will be communicated.
